Desined for small groups of 3,4 or 5 people with group personal training sessions, you can enjoy the benefits of having a personal trainer in a small group, training sessions to suit you and fit your requirements. Training sessions can be based around group exercise sessions such Boxercise, Circuits, Kettlebells, TRX, Bootcamp or a Flexibility, Bodyweight or traditional resistance training session or a mixture of these.
Just like personal training, you traininer will help you acgive goals, it's therefore helpfull to form groups with simular goals to maximise the effectiveness of your training sessions. So, if you have a wedding and want to training together with yur bridesmaids, mother, mother in in law etc or for antoher goals, event or challenge group personal training can provide strcuture, motivation and accouintability to your training sessions.
