As a personal trainer, my role is to plan your journey to your ultimate goal and execute it to ensure you get there safely and achieve the results you want. I will work with you to establish your strengths and likes, to train in a way that suits you. I will come to you on your schedule, not the gyms!
I studied Outdoor Recreation & Sport Science at university and after graduating in 2004 started my career like many, in local sports & leisure centres. I've been in the industry ever since working in local public authority private gyms & leisure centres.
Developing on knowledge from university I qualified as a Personal Trainer with specific equipment training and a wealth of experience from lifeguard through to senior management.
I also had the opportunity to volunteer at the London 2012 Olympic Games, supervising & assisting athletes at the fitness suite of the Weymouth & Portland venue where all the sailing events would take place as.
I'm the also the co-founder and director of Kiss Fitness with entrepreneurial interests in Health & Fitness ventures.

I have always instructed, taught or lead in my professional life from teaching swimming lessons, coaching kayaking and leading teams in fitness facilities. Personal Training came very naturally to me and I’ve been able to excel in my role as a Personal Trainer & Lifestyle Coach.
I have been able to apply my Sports Science background to the biomechanics of exercise together with sound programming to enable my clients to achieve their fullest potential in a safe and progressive manner.
I have not just lost 21KG but now have a fitness level I can be proud of and am very determined to meet that 10km run target. I have dropped from a size 18/20 to a size 12/14 and I wore my bikini with pride on holiday for the first time this July
Before I got pregnant I was feeling much better about myself and more confident and had seen some great results on the scales and in my body measurements and I have Dan to thank for that, without his help it wouldn't have happened.
I have dropped 2 dress sizes, have so much more energy and have increased my fitness level significantly from where I started six months ago. Numerous friends and colleagues have commented on the change in my appearance over the past few months which have been a great confidence booster.
Dan always plans my personal training sessions to work towards my goals. We either work out at my home, in my garden or at the local recreation ground and a regular diary commitment means no excuses. Every session is different and every session is motivating and challenging.
In the last couple months I have lost weight, lost inches and fit into clothes I haven’t wore in years. Not only have I achieved my first goals but I feel so much happy and confident in myself and the way I look.
